Ingredients

  • 6 cups Kale
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy paste
  • 0.333 cup Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.333 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 slices Bread slices
  • 2 tablespoons (for croutons) Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

To prepare the croutons, cut the bread slices into 1-inch cubes.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of olive oil with garlic powder and toss the bread cubes in this mixture until they are evenly coated.
