Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 100 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley.

Step 3

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Using your hands works best for an even mixture.

Step 4

With your hands, form the mixture into small balls, approximately the size of a golf ball. You should be able to make about 20 chicken balls.

Step 5

Place the chicken balls on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are spaced slightly apart.

Step 6

Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken balls to ensure they stay moist and get a nice golden color during baking.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Step 9
