  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 scallions, sliced for garnish

Directions

Step 1

1. Thinly slice the chicken breast and place it in a bowl. Toss with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
