Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs, skin side down, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
