  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 0.5 cup ground walnuts

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving extra on the sides for easy removal.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine coconut yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well blended.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, chia seeds, ground walnuts, and coconut flakes thoroughly.

Pour half of the yogurt mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
