Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Dried apricots, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, and shredded coconut.

Add cinnamon and salt, stirring until well mixed.
