  • 14 ounces Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 pound Fresh mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 1 pound Clams, scrubbed
  • 0.5 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 pound Cod fillet, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 whole Lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
