  • 2 medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 pound Cod fillets, cut into chunks
  • 0.5 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound Clams, cleaned
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, juiced

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the diced carrots, celery, and red bell pepper to the pot. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cubed potatoes and tomato paste, stirring to coat the vegetables.
