Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Raw hazelnuts
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips (soy-free)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, raw hazelnuts, unsweetened shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and cocoa powder. Stir well to mix the dry ingredients.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and maple syrup together, stirring occasionally until fully combined.
