  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a sealable plastic bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over the chicken, and ensure they are well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
