Ingredients

  • 1 piece Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 whole Cucumber
  • 0.5 cups Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dill

Directions

Step 1

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and toss until evenly coated.

Grill the chicken strips on the grill pan for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and nicely charred. Remove from the pan and set aside.
