  • 2 pieces brioche hamburger buns
  • 1 sliced large tomato
  • 0.5 sliced red onion
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 minced garlic cloves

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and ground cumin to make the marinade.

Pound the chicken breasts to ensure even thickness, about 1/2 inch. Place them in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over. Let sit for at least 15 minutes at room temperature or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
