Ingredients

  • 1 pound Broccolini

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Rinse the broccolini under cold water and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel. Trim off the tough ends, if needed.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
