  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Dill, fresh chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag. Add the marinade to the bag, seal, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a deeper flavor.
