Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, dissolve the 10 grams of agar-agar powder in 1 liter of water. Let it sit for a few minutes.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the dissolved agar-agar mixture and 100 grams of grass jelly powder. Stir continuously.
