  • 30 g Chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and yeast.

Dissolve the salt in the warm water, then stir in the honey and olive oil.

Step 3

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a rough dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
