  • 1 medium Avocado, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 medium Lime, cut into wedges
  • 4 pieces Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Brush both sides of the corn tortillas with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the tortillas in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
