Ingredients

  • 4 cups Kale
  • 4 cups Iceberg lettuce

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Sunflower seeds

Directions

Step 1

Thoroughly wash and dry the kale and iceberg lettuce. Remove the stems from the kale and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Tear the iceberg lettuce into similar-sized pieces.
