  • 225 g Cream cheese
  • 2 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 20 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 500 ml Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 large Egg (for sealing wrappers)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, and minced garlic. Mix until well blended.

Step 2

Add salt and black pepper to the mixture, and stir again to ensure even seasoning.

Step 3

Beat the egg in a small bowl to use as an egg wash.

Place a wonton wrapper on a clean work surface. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture into the center of the wrapper.
