  • 6 cups Sunflower oil
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup Whole milk (for glaze)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Warm the whole milk in a small saucepan until it reaches about 110°F (43°C). Remove from heat and sprinkle the yeast over the warm milk. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar from the measured sugar, stir, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until light. Melt the butter and cool it slightly, then add to the eggs along with the remaining sugar. Mix well.
