Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly, pat it dry with a clean kitchen towel, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large salad bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
