  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons Oyster sauce substitute (soy-free)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 Celery stalks
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 2 cups Bean sprouts
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Bamboo shoots
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season it with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the chicken broth, water, and cornstarch until completely smooth. Stir in the soy-free oyster sauce substitute and set the sauce mixture aside.

Step 3

Chop the onion, celery, carrots, and green bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
