Ingredients

  • 2 medium Ripe bananas
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Oat flour
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate protein powder (plant-based)
  • 0.25 cup Almond milk
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease with a non-stick spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Step 3

Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate protein powder.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
