Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Soy-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 40 pieces Mini pretzel twists
  • 1 tablespoon Sea salt or decoration sprinkles

Directions

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a double boiler, melt the soy-free dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil over medium heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate has completely melted and is smooth.

Step 3

Remove the melted chocolate from the heat. If you do not have a double boiler, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until completely melted.

Step 4

Drop one pretzel at a time into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to flip the pretzel ensuring it is fully coated. Carefully lift the pretzel from the chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.

Step 5

Place the coated pretzels onto the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 6

Immediately after placing each pretzel on the baking sheet, sprinkle with a small pinch of sea salt or desired decorative sprinkles.

Step 7

Once all the pretzels are coated and sprinkled, transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.

Serve once the chocolate has hardened or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
