  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 medium avocado, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
