Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 pieces bamboo skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak the bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.

In a food processor, add garlic cloves, ginger paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, and red onion. Pulse to form a coarse paste.
