Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ground paprika.
Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over them.
Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they have a golden-brown crust.
