Ingredients

  • 250 grams Ground chicken
  • 100 grams Green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 medium Carrot, finely grated
  • 2 stalks Spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 30 pieces Gyoza wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 100 milliliters Water

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped spring onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, and rice vinegar.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly using your hands until well combined.

Take a gyoza wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center.

Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water and fold it in half to create a semi-circle. Press the edges together and pleat along one side to create a crescent shape, ensuring it is sealed properly.
