Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets, slice the red bell pepper and carrot into thin strips, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger.

In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, honey, cornstarch, and chicken broth until smooth. Set aside.
