Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven's broiler to high heat and position the rack about 6 inches from the heat source.

Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to form a marinade.
