Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the broccoli into small florets.

Step 2

Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 3

Peel the carrot and slice it diagonally into thin rounds.

Trim the snap peas and set them aside.

Peel and mince the ginger and garlic cloves.
