  • 2 pieces Burger buns
  • 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Sliced tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise (soy-free)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breast fillets on a cutting board and cover them with plastic wrap. Use a meat mallet to pound them to an even 1/2-inch thickness.
