Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Raw almonds
  • 0.5 cup Raw sunflower seeds

  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Dried blueberries
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and pumpkin seeds.

In a small saucepan over low heat, mix together the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and warm.
