Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water
  • 1 whole lime
  • 10 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries) thoroughly under cool, running water.

Step 2

Halve the strawberries and remove any stems.

Step 3

Roll the lime under your palm to loosen the juice, then slice it in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl. Make sure to remove any seeds.

Step 4

In a large pitcher, combine all the prepared berries.

Step 5

Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and orange juice to the berries.

Gently toss the mixture to combine the juices with the berries.

Step 7

Pour in the sparkling mineral water. Stir slowly to avoid losing the carbonation.
