  • 250 grams button mushrooms

  • 60 milliliters milk
  • 1 egg
  • 15 grams parsley

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the button mushrooms gently with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set the caps aside.

Step 3

Finely chop the garlic and onion. In a bowl, combine the chopped garlic, onion, ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
