  • 400 grams Beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup Coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 4 cups Cooked white rice
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Spinach or bok choy (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
