Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch in size.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with water to create an egg wash.
