  • 1200 milliliters chicken broth
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 small, chopped bok choy
  • 1 medium, julienned carrot
  • 100 grams, sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 200 grams cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 stalks, chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped cilantro

Directions

Step 1

To make the noodles, combine the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Create a well in the center and add the egg and water. Mix to form a dough.

Step 2

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into 1/4-inch wide strips. Lightly dust with flour to prevent sticking.
