Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Apple sauce
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chopped apple
  • 0.25 cup Chopped walnuts

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together the apple sauce, maple syrup, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the chopped apples and walnuts until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
