Ingredients

  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes

  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 pieces Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Set aside.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and tomatoes. Grate the ginger and mince the garlic. Slit the green chilies vertically.

Heat oil in a large pan or pot over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them splutter for a few seconds.
