  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Finely chop the green chilies and ginger.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds, and let them crackle for a few seconds.
