  • 12 ounces Cooked turkey breast (thinly sliced)

  • 1 cup Black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup Corn kernels (cooked or canned, drained)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 whole Avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil (optional, for warming tortillas)

Directions

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, salsa, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to make the Southwestern sauce. Mix well and set aside.
