  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 pieces lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and black pepper on both sides.
