  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 pieces Ciabatta rolls
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side or until they are golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Set the cooked chicken aside to rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
