Ingredients

  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 cup Sweet corn
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes

  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Tortilla strips

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
