  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and set them aside on a plate.

In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
