Ingredients

  • 4 cups Green cabbage
  • 2 cups Red cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 pepper Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Shred the green cabbage and red cabbage using a sharp knife, mandoline, or food processor. Place in a large mixing bowl.

Grate the carrots and thinly slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Add to the bowl with the cabbage.
