  • 2 5-ounce cans canned tuna (in water)
  • 1 15-ounce can black beans
  • 1 cup corn kernels (frozen or canned)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 avocado (optional, for serving)
  • 2 cups mixed greens (optional, for serving)

Drain the canned tuna and place it in a large mixing bowl. Use a fork to flake the tuna into smaller pieces.
