Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies, tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips on the bottom of the dish.
