  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 4 cups Cooked white rice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
